We recently catered Jay's on the Paradiso Yacht for a business event. The food was much better than i had expected especially being transported to the boat. The Zucchini stuffed chicken was so much of a hit people went back for Mutiple servings. Highly recommend if you're looking for on-time, delicious catering for a very reasonable price.
Ran across their catering at a cousins wedding and was very pleased with overall quality and setup. So we booked their catering for our mom's 70th birthday party past weekend. From the booking process to delivery/setup, their staff made it super easy and everyone involved were pleasant to work with, right down to their setup/delivery guy. And the food? Fantastic on both occasions. TriTip was delicious and packaged well to maintain warmth and quality. It was served with nice pairing of pasta and vegetables. We have found our new favorite caterer to use for any occasions going forward!
We were married in January 2023 at Hangar 21. While at first I was a bit iffy about having to use designated caterer, my worries were pretty much immediately put aside once I saw the massive menu options. It also helped that we got to attend A Taste of Jay's, which let us try some dishes ahead of time. We ended up getting the brisket, cheesy potatoes, and BBQ chopped salad. Everyone says it's hard to eat as the bride and groom, and it's true. Everyone wants to talk to you or take photos. What I did eat was fantastic for wedding food. In fact, a guest of our wedding worked as a wedding photographer for years, and later told us it was the best wedding dinner he'd had in a long time, if ever. The servers were great. The best part, which was a surprise, was the to-go box they gave us at the end of the night. It had sandwiches, chips, cookies, and champagne. I was extremely happy with this company.
Top of the line service and food. I placed a small catering order for a party of 40 people for breakfast and it was a hit! We ordered breakfast burritos, blueberry French toast casserole, and gluten-free quiches (for the friends with dietary restrictions). THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS and guests raved about it!! I will be keeping Jay's Catering in mind for my future parties. Convenient- they have a pick up or delivery option. The salesperson is really easy to talk to and work with.
Our wedding at Hangar 21 with Jay's Catering in November 2024 exceeded my expectations. Lauren was responsive and supportive throughout the whole process. Lauren answered all my questions and even helped make suggestions along the way. She was the best. Our wedding was so memorable and couldn't have asked for anything more. We received so many compliments about the food and the venue. It was AMAZING. Jay's Catering also packed up all our leftovers at the end of the night so nothing went to waste! Had an amazing experience doing our wedding with Jay's Catering. From the start with touring venues, to the food tastings to help decide, and the communication was all top tier! Over the year and a half of planning Lauren MacLeod has been so so so great. Helping any moment we need and working with us to see and get our vision to become reality. My wedding at Serra Plaza was a dream and I could not be happier with Jay's catering. They have the best food and such amazing staff! Jay's Catering blew our wedding away! Everyone was massively impressed with their service, their food, and their desserts. Everybody was asking us who our dinner and dessert catering vendors were! We will forever sing praises to Jay's. We also had our wedding at Grand Gimeno in April and couldn't have had the most perfect day without the wonderful help and guidance of venue coordinator Casey Golding! As the day approached, Casey was attentive to every single one of our details, accommodations, and questions. Truly so grateful for her help and patience navigating us through the wedding planning process and working with each of our ask.
